Make an Offer is a property intelligence platform, delivering comprehensive property data and insights that power homeowner, potential sellers, buyers, and agents. Anyone can place an offer on any property (regardless of being on or off the market) and the owner of the property can consider selling when offers are made.

As a homeowner or a potential seller, you can:

Gain insights of your property through data generated by other users. For example, you can see total price estimation due to 12 offers made on your house.
Claim your property on MAO map and receive all data, messages regarding your property.
Stay connected with top tier agents in your suburbs and connect with a buyer anytime.
A homeowner can also be a buyer and vice versa, you can make an offer on other properties.

Backend: Drupal 9
Mobile app: React Native
Property API data: CoreLogic or Domain (currently on CoreLogic API plan with 3000 volumes limit). Fetch property data during Map or List search on the micro-site (map) or mobile app (list/map)
Google services: services such as Tag Manager, Analytics, Map API to track users and fetch additional geodata.
UX/UI Designer for Web-app delivery. This project was initially handled by another designer to deliver a mobile application. MAO then decided to expand and develop this into a web-app and I took over for this phase, looking to deliver fully-functioning prototypes by end of 2022
